My name is Julianne McDonald,

For over 15 years, I've been immersed in the science of movement. Self-experimenting with various strength and cardio modalities. My experiences range from plyometric training, designed to optimise power output, to return-to-sport protocols, which emphasise safe and effective rehabilitation.
I'm passionate about tailoring programs that target specific adaptations, whether it's hypertrophy training to increase muscle mass, strength training to improve absolute force production, or muscular endurance training to enhance fatigue resistance. My approach also incorporates proprioception and coordination drills to refine movement mechanics and stability.

But fitness isn't just about exercise! I believe in a holistic approach that combines customised training plans with personalised nutrition strategies. Whether your goal is to dominate your favorite sport or simply conquer that couch-to-5k, I'll design a program that fits your needs.

Here's the secret weapon: I'm a total foodie at heart! I don't believe in restrictive diets. Instead, I create nutrition plans that allow you to hit your macronutrient targets, specific to your end physique goals, all while incorporating the foods you love. This comes from a deep passion for everything food-related – cooking is one of my biggest hobbies. After all, reaching your fitness goals shouldn't mean sacrificing flavor or enjoyment!
